Multicell Website goes Live

We have been working on the Multicell (The battery specialists) website for several weeks which is live for all to see. We were approached by Multicell to completely overhaul their website with a new look and product range structure.

New service coming soon: Mobile Device Websites

R&G Design will shortly be offering 'Mobile Device Ready' websites. These sites will be specifically designed to work on Mobile Devices such as the Apple iPhone.
What is a Mobile Device Only site? In simple terms these are streamlined versions of a full desktop website designed to fit the dimensions of a mobile screen. When visitors access your website using a mobile device, they are automatically redirected to the mobile version. The option to view the full desktop site is provided.

Website to be published in the Web Design Index

We are extremely proud to announce one of our has just been selected for publication in the next edition of the . This book is the industry leading catalogue of creative website design sold across the globe.
The website in question is www.nimmingned.com, designed and created for a Nottingham folk rock band 'Nimming Ned'.

This is the second time has been selected to appear in the publication. We must be doing something right! Being included in this booklet will not only promote our services, but will also be great publicity for the band.

The will be sold later this year in all good book shops.

NHS Design & Print Contract Won

For the third year running, we have been selected to produce all and for the NHS Nottingham Awards Evening. After winning through a selection process and fending off competitors, we were given the green light to start producing designs. Check back soon to see what our design team have come up with.


University of Leicester Online Learning

R&G Design has now completed the Department of Media & Communication at the University of Leicester's online version of their printed module guides.
Project: To convert 400+ page booklets into online resources with full contents navigation and page downloads.

University students can now access these module booklets anywhere with internet access saving them the hassle of carrying around these large documents.

We're afraid access to this site is restricted to the University of Leicester students only.


R&G Website short listed for BMA Award

The website www.infectionprotection.org.uk has been short listed for a BMA patient information award for it's help in the battle against UK infection.
The BMA patient information award is part of the BMA medical book competition. It was established in 1997 to recognise quality in written patient information leaflets and small booklets. Its aims are to encourage the production and dissemination of accessible, well-designed and clinically balanced materials which will enhance patients’ understanding of health issues and their ability to participate in decisions about their care.
Results are announced in September. We'll let you know how we get on.
